Jenny’s hCG Diet Weight Loss Experience – Day 7

My weight is 219lbs, and my ketosis is moderate. I walked the Portland to Coast relay this weekend for a cancer fundraiser. It’s insane to be on the HCG SlimXpress Tacoma weight loss program and do an event like Portland to coast.
The first leg of my trip began at a parking lot in Scappoose, a small town outside
of Portland. From there I headed north to St. Helens. My
pace was not stellar, but my energy was good. I had an HCG SlimXpress
shake before I started out and even though my iPod died less than half
way through my leg I pushed through. My goal next year is to be able to
obtain “road kill” status, which is calculated by passing other walkers. I am
tired of being the one passed by. Next year, I will definitely be at my goal weight, thanks to the HCG injections and HCG SlimXpress weight loss program. This weekend was a test, and I passed it.
